400 West Elm
400 West Elm will be Conshohocken’s first ultra-luxury residential offering. Spanning 10 acres, the 12-story luxury tower will overlook the Schuylkill River, West Conshohocken and Conshohocken. Madison Providence is situated along Campus Drive and Arcola Road, with immediate access to a Wegmans anchored 750,000 SF Lifestyle Center and near over four million square feet of Class A office and biopharmaceutical research facilities occupied by GlaxoSmithKline, Dow Chemical, Pfizer, SEI Investments, and Quest Diagnostics, among others. The immediate area has experienced exceptional population and job growth but demand for quality rental apartments has been underserved. The Dow-Dupont merger has only since contributed to the location’s growth.
The Project is less than one mile to the interchange of the Route 422 Expressway providing convenient access to other major Montgomery and Chester County employers. The Valley Forge, Malvern/Exton, Great Valley, and King of Prussia office and retail submarkets are all within a 20-minute drive of Madison Providence.
Madison Providence’s strong position in the market has allowed it to increase front door pricing over the years along with consistently increasing renewal rates. Through Madison New Britain, we’re reimagining luxury living in Bucks County, PA. The Property is located less than two miles from the Lansdale/Doylestown Regional SEPTA line, making it a dynamic, highly visible location. Madison New Britain was the first new multifamily development in the Central Bucks County area since 1991, at the time of development and its later sale in 2014. The market reacted accordingly. The Property averaged 18 net new leases per month during lease-up and consisted of an affluent resident base choosing to live at Madison New Britain. Madison New Britain occupied a highly visible location on County Line Road, the border between Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
