400 West Elm
400 West Elm will be Conshohocken’s first ultra-luxury residential offering. Spanning 10 acres, the 12-story luxury tower will overlook the Schuylkill River, West Conshohocken and Conshohocken. Top tier amenities are the central focus of the community, with thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor opportunities to relax, entertain, work and recharge. Residents will enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, spacious courtyard with outdoor kitchens, a beautiful resort style pool with lap lanes, a 12th-story entertainment lounge, and a one-of-a-kind rooftop deck with 360-degree views of Conshohocken and its surroundings. For those working remotely, 400 West Elm also features in-building flexible office suites, a conference room, and private work rooms for concentration and privacy. From the penthouse views to access to the Schuylkill River Bike Trail, 400 West Elm offers amenities to meet every resident’s needs. In addition, the Madison Living Experience is elevated with a concierge like management team, with maintenance-free living, package delivery, bike storage, pet grooming services, dry-cleaning services, and much more.
Rental units are a mix of studio, one-, one den-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with spacious layouts, 9’ ceilings, luxury finishes, in-unit washer and dryer, and generous walk-in closets. The building style and floor plans represent an evolution of one of the developer’s most recent mid-rise projects, Madison Ellis Preserve, which has been well-received by both the rental and investment communities.
The apartment tower will be walkable to all things downtown Conshohocken. It is a short drive to major employment hubs like King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, and the “Main Line”. Its connectivity from major Interstates 476 and 76 allows for quick commutes into Philadelphia or out to the Lehigh Valley. It is also a short walk from the Conshohocken train station with stops along the Western Suburbs, Manayunk, Philadelphia and parts of Delaware County.
The project is slated for completion in fall 2023.

MADISON PROVIDENCE
Madison Providence is a dynamic suburban location with exceptional job growth. The project is a 304-unit, Class A apartment community on 32.32 acres in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County.
MADISON LANSDALE STATION
Madison Lansdale Station is a transit-oriented suburban location with downtown walkability. The recent flight-to-the-suburbs trend has only increased demand for the units as residents search for suburban locations with more space and a better quality of life. A mixed-use transit-oriented development with 181 residential apartment units and ~15k square feet of rentable retail space, the complex is situated on 6.7 acres in Lansdale Borough, Montgomery County.
Madison Ellis Preserve
Madison Ellis Preserve is Live-Work-Play perfected. As a 318-acre master planned development, we completed the adaptive reuse of 14 mixed-use buildings and have attracted more than 55 companies to the campus representing nearly 8,500 jobs.
Madison New Britain
Through Madison New Britain, we’re reimagining luxury living in Bucks County, PA. The Property is located less than two miles from the Lansdale/Doylestown Regional SEPTA line, making it a dynamic, highly visible location. Madison New Britain was the first new multifamily development in the Central Bucks County area since 1991, at the time of development and its later sale in 2014. The market reacted accordingly. The Property averaged 18 net new leases per month during lease-up and consisted of an affluent resident base choosing to live at Madison New Britain. Madison New Britain occupied a highly visible location on County Line Road, the border between Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
