1000 continental drive

Green and smart, 1000 Continental was the first speculative office building in the market to achieve Silver LEED Certification. Building upon its successes at 300 Four Falls in West Conshohocken and incorporating the efficiencies of its unique 30’ x 45’ floorplate design, 1000 Continental Drive in the Summer of 2007.
