Madison Lansdale is a mixed-use transit-oriented development with 181 residential apartment units and ~15k square feet of rentable retail space. The complex is situated on 6.7 acres in Lansdale Borough, Montgomery County. The property sits along Madison Avenue and is a redevelopment of an existing public parking lot previously owned by the Lansdale Parking Authority. The development is adjacent to the Lansdale Train Station providing residents with convenient access to Center City Philadelphia via SEPTA’s Regional Rail. The Lansdale Train Station is the eighth busiest in terms of daily boarding’s among SEPTA’s 143 commuter stations, and the third busiest suburban station.

Madison Lansdale leased up at a record pace without any concessions.
