Guy A. Wolfington, Jr.

Guy Wolfington serves as a Vice President of Development with Equus Development, L.P.  With over thirty years of real estate development and strategic project management experience Mr. Wolfington oversees and executes upon the full development life cycle.

Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Wolfington held senior positions as the Vice President of Development for Endurance Real Estate Group, a real estate development firm specializing in industrial development, and as the Director of Regional Development with MLP Ventures for 21 years, a regional, in-fill brownfields re-developer.

Over the tenure of his career Mr. Wolfington has overseen and successfully executed upon the development, construction and leasing of over 6 million square feet for both ground up and adaptive re-use applications, across multiple assert classes, including office, multi-family, retail, mixed-use, and industrial within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Wolfington holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing from Thomas Jefferson University and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
