Nicole Biello

Nicole Biello is a Senior Project Manager with Equus Development where she leads development and construction projects across the hospitality, commercial office, retail, and mixed-use sectors.

Nicole has played a significant role in the continued developed of Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Her work across the mixed-use campus includes the AC Marriott, the Village at Ellis Preserve, and the first mass timber office building in the Philadelphia suburbs. As lead Project Manager for the AC Marriott, Nicole oversaw the project from construction and design coordination through FF&E, brand coordination and hotel opening.

Throughout her career with Equus, Nicole has also managed more than one million square feet of commercial interior projects in Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University.
