Thomas Ward

With more than 35 years of construction and construction management experience, Mr. Ward grew up in a family commercial construction firm and later became an Owner’s representative where he was responsible for construction oversite on various commercial and educational projects.

Joining the Equus Development team in 2006, Tad Ward manages preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, construction, and accounting for numerous Equus commercial and industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.  Mr. Ward has managed more than 5.8 million sq. ft. of industrial construction along with multiple office repositioning and tenant improvement projects.

Tad studied Business at Villanova University and focused on Estimating and Value Engineering at Drexel University.
